  Just as the other patient described in their review, I have had problems with my lenses since I got my glasses at Eye Consultants of Augusta. My prescription has remained unchanged for the past 10 years, even though I have received regular eye exams. During my exam, Dr. Morgan said he was changing one "small" thing about my prescription, even though I told him my glasses were fine the way they were. When I picked up my new glasses, my left lens was not right. It wasn't strong enough. I've worn glasses for almost 30 years, and I can tell when something isn't right. I was told I needed to "get used to them", and that it was the angle of the frames, not the lenses. Well, I picked up my prescription sunglasses 2 weeks later and guess what? Same problem. The left lens is WRONG. I went back twice to discuss this with them, and both times, they simply tried to adjust the frames to make the lens look clearer. It didn't work. It's been months now, and the left lens is still not right, no matter how I twist or "adjust" the frames. There's no getting used to a lens that isn't the right strength. I've given up. I'm tired of dealing with these people. I won't be going back there, and neither will my husband or my children.
