- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪today I called to give additional information on a appeal for Patient after talking with 5 diffrent representatives he kept me waiting for 35min than He came back saying "hello ma'am I tough you hang up" I said why will I hang up you told me to wait because you were going to transfer me to the right Person in your department to help me ! than the person that I talked with after she said they have reach a decision to maybe approve the medication and that there was no further questions to be asked and that to make sure I did the review following.. than she hang up completetly the line.. I am always very disatisfy when I call Wellcare for any reason at all. I will give them all the reps I talk with a Needs Improvement on Custumer Service.June 16, 2017by Edith Ramos
